I'm Cynthia.
Together with my husband, three energetic boys, and our playful goldendoodle, Kallie, I live in the vibrant neighbourhood of Leaside in Toronto and I’m originally from la belle province of Québec.
With two generations in my family affected by type 2 diabetes, the importance of health has always been front and centre for me. So when my mom was diagnosed, I used what I’d learned about a low-carb lifestyle to help her regain her health. That same approach had helped me after my own cancer diagnosis—keeping my weight in check, reducing my risk of recurrence, and even easing the side effects of treatment.
A recent layoff from my corporate job provided an unexpected opportunity: the chance to follow my passion while being present for my family. Years of reading and research have reinforced my belief that nutrition is the key driver of health, and I’ve always been inspired to serve others—supporting family, friends, and anyone looking to reach their fullest potential.
Staying active is a big part of my life, whether I’m weightlifting, training in the dojang, or exploring the outdoors with Kallie. I wake up each day grateful for the energy and resilience that healthy living brings, and I’m committed to sharing that journey with the people I love—and with anyone ready to take steps toward a healthier, happier life.
